1. Be responsible for the optical transmission planning and related products of the optical data center cabling.
2. Be responsible for the design, planning, construction and delivery of the data center network architecture, and continuously optimize the network performance in line with the company's business development.
3. Be responsible for the operation and maintenance management, event response and emergency handling of network devices such as data center switches, routers and load balancers, and analyze and optimize the network bandwidth usage.
4. Be responsible for the selection and testing of network equipment.
2. Be responsible for the technical coordination and support of the company's developed products.
3. Propose new product development or improvements to existing products based on customer needs.
4. Address customer pain points and propose solutions.
5. Coordinate product resources, including R&D, testing, production, technical support and sales resources, to launch products on time and with quality.
6. Manage and support products, including important market promotion, technical exchanges, equipment testing, product documentation writing, and coordination and resolution of product issues.

1. Relevant major in communication, electronics, computer science, etc., with over 3 years of communication-related working experience after junior college.
2. Possessing CET-4 or above English proficiency, with no obstacles in oral and written communication.
3. Proficient in the technical and product knowledge related to optical transmission access.
4. Having good communication and organizational coordination skills.
5. Possessing excellent summarization and analysis skills as well as language and writing expression abilities.
6. The following conditions will be given priority consideration: 4-5 years of experience in optical transmission or access product development; 2 years of product management experience, capable of independently conducting product planning or strategy formulation.

1. Be responsible for the management and planning of optical network (OTN, WDM, PON) and data center wiring optical transmission (optical modules, switches, etc.) and related supporting products of the company;
2. Be responsible for the technical collaboration and technical support of the company's developed products;
3. Based on customer needs, propose new product development or improve existing products;

5. Coordinate product resources, coordinate R&D, testing, production, technical support and sales resources, and launch products on time with quality assurance;
6. Product management and support, including important market promotion, technical exchanges, etc.

1. Relevant majors in communication, electronics, and computer science, with at least 3 years of communication-related work experience at the junior college level;
2. Proficient in English at the college level or above, with fluent oral and written communication skills;
